  • You’re in safe hands with us! For both Nanny Placement Services and Household Staffing Services, we offer a 90 day safety net to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your hire. If things don’t click within the first 90 days, we’ll swiftly arrange one free nanny replacement—no stress, just solutions!

  • At minimum, 2-6 weeks to find the perfect nanny for your family. This time frame gives us the chance to fully understand your family’s needs, tap into our network, conduct interviews, check references, and complete a thorough background screening to ensure the best fit.

  • Nanny rates are determined by factors such as the number of children, the scope of responsibilities, and the nanny’s level of experience. I will gladly provide a recommended rate range tailored to your family’s specific requirements.

  • Safe & Sound Nanny Co. is proud partners with Homework Solutions to provide our clients with free account setup to cover all your payroll and tax needs.

    As a household employer, you are responsible for managing your nanny’s payroll and tax obligations, including paying an hourly wage, withholding and remitting required federal and state taxes (such as Social Security and Medicare), and issuing a W-2 at year’s end. Employers are ultimately accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of these payroll and tax requirements.
