REQUIRMENTS

  • Excellent nanny/childcare references, must be reachable

  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle required unless stated

  • Must reside in Greater Seattle or Puget Sound Region

  • Comfortable with W2 and processing payroll

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Respect and maintain the privacy of the family, ensuring that personal information and household matters remain confidential at all times

  • A passion for creating a safe, creative and enriching environment for children 

  • Minimum 3 years of nanny/childcare experience

  • Clean background check

  • Clean driving record

  • CPR/First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain/renew before hire

  • Non-smoker

  • Ability to make commitment to family’s timeline
